Returns
We believe in making the return process as easy as possible for you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without any questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:


1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
You must request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required.


2. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at service@vividdreamss.com to request a return authorization within 15 days of receiving your product.
Provide the order number and reason for the return.
Once you receive authorization, package the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


3. Return Address
Please contact our Customer service at service@vividdreamss.com to get the return address.


4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.


5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will pay return shipping fee.
If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the return shipping fee.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
